Another Active Weather Week Ahead

Severe Weather Outlook

Today starts what will be another active week of severe weather across parts of the country. The Deep South has already seen a few severe thunderstorms this morning, but more are on the way for the afternoon and evening.

There is an Enhanced Risk of severe weather stretching from the Florida panhandle into South Carolina. This includes Columbia, SC and Macon, GA. A Slight Risk of severe weather includes Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Tallahassee, FL.

Tornado Outlook

Damaging wind gusts will be the primary threat with any storms later today, but large hail and a few tornadoes are also possible.

Wednesday Severe Weather Outlook

A few strong storms will be possible once again tomorrow in parts of the Southeast. On Wednesday, the severe threat ramps up with an Enhanced Risk from Alabama to South Carolina.
