I really don't think New Mexico is needed as part of the equation but I threw it in just incase. The best tornado threat is going to remain where what limited moisture does return. Low 50s dew are possible as far west as Lea county NM, however the best return is going to remain in a small area from Andrews to Borden to Concho to Real to Ward and back to Andrews counties in Texas. Personally I would look for 1 - 3 tornadoes between a window of opportunity from about 5:30pm to 9:00pm CDT... After dark I would tend to believe this is going to be hail and maybe some gusty winds.

My target is Big Lake, TX at 7:00pm CDT.
