Video shot by Kory Hartman on June 24, 2003 during the "Tornado Tuesday" outbreak five years ago in eastern South Dakota.
The storm system on June 24, 2003, was responsible for 67 tornadoes, including the F-4 Manchester tornado. This event was witnessed by SevereStudios chasers Kory Hartman and Eric Schroeder, as well as Brian Karstens and Shawn Cable of Keloland TV.

Manchester Tornado
It's interesting to note that the Manchester tornado crossed the road, then crossed it again in the other direction... it looks like all within a mile or so. These things are so unpredictable. It goes to show that tornadoes are a true act of God. Their paths are something that I don't think can ever be accurately predicted. Sure, we may be able to predict the path of a storm, or give advance warning of when a tornado will happen, but I don't see how we will ever be able to predict what path a tornado will take. Will it hit this town, or that street... will it take a right turn?
