Slight Chance of Severe Weather in Nebraska and Texas

A slim chance exists for some severe weather this afternoon in southwest Nebraska and southwest Texas.

Meanwhile, Here's an Update from Picher, OK (ABC News). Apparently the town had some environmental issues before, and now the tornado will likely wipe them off the map.
