Hurricane Warning for NC and Mass.
A Hurricane Warning has been issued for the coast of North Carolina from Bogue Inlet to the NC/VA border and for the coast of Massachusetts.
Tropical Storm Warnings surround the Hurricane Warning. According to the NHC, Hurricane Earl will approach the North Carolina coast by late Thursday.
