rough severe weather season
More snow is on the way but from talking with NWS forecasters local and at the SPC, they are gearing up for a rough severe weather season. NWS forecasters in Sioux Falls are preparing for another 1998 or 2003 year for severe weather. If you remember in 2003 South Dakota has Tornado Tuesday where 67 tornadoes appeared in an 8 hour period. Talking with a forecaster last night they are preparing for this to happen again this spring and summer for our region.
