Their video was featured on The Weather Channel, CNN, Good Morning America on ABC, The Early Show on CBS, and others this morning.
After the tornado passed, Andy and Mike Ratliff helped a family out of their storm shelter.

I do not think he is freaking out.. He probably has that crappy feeling on a temperary mode that most of chasers get when we miss an event. Mr. Timmer has achieved so much in his meteorology career.. its incredible. Much respect to his accomplishments.
On the other hand.. we all react different when a tornado is in the picture.. Andy G.. is very calm. I remember an incident in southwest Kansas when a ranch was getting obliterated on my cam at close range. I came accross very calm.. but inside.. i was shaking at what I witnessed.. Than on other intercept... a bit loud and fanatic sounding. It is good to be more composed.. especially if your footage is being seen on the networks.

wonder if he's bumming right now if he's seen this....amazing luck for you all too since this was the only tornado (well the F-0 afterwards) to form...ohh and bah to the comments on you tube about your talking while filming..at least your not screaming like reed does...:-)

Great way to start the season
Well done on the chase. Heard you on AC360 doing your interview. I probably would have crapped myself had I been that close. Kudos to get the footage and not end up with a few missing appendages. Does the car have a few dents? ;)
