Chase is over. We saw a landspout tornado near Plankinton SD... multiple wall clouds, and funnels from White Lake all the way to Forestburg.

Swapping vehicles... Kory has a prior engagement in White Lake and Eric has met us along I-90 to continue the chase. 2 cells just south of us are starting to hook!

Tornado Watch Issued - We are in Position
Kory Hartman and Kenny Allen are currently sitting in Chamberlain, SD. There was a Tornado watch just issued for Central NE and now a new one at 2:30 PM for Central and Eastern SD! We will be monitoring the situation and attempting to provide a live camera feed to KELO when storms break out in SD. Stay Tuned!

EFFECTIVE THIS SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 230 PM UNTIL
1100 PM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2.5 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE
AREAS.
