The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has upgraded the SLGT to a Moderate Risk (MDT) for severe thunderstorms across the southern plains and lower Mississippi Valley.
A 15% chance of tornadoes exists in the ArkLaTex and southeast Oklahoma this afternoon and evening.
