The camera has been taken offline due to limited visibility / darkness. Thanks to everyone who viewed the stream tonight. For the most part it was a success. We had some data problems from time to time in the field and also the server overloaded once and kicked off a few users, but I think it will be a valauble tool in the future. Kory has seen multiple tornadoes tonight. A large tornadic circulation touched down about 150-200 yards in front of Kory in a grove of trees. We will have video up late tonight under new videos. Stream is still up and running.

Kory is on gravel... trying to get to Ellsworth. It has been a cat and mouse game all day, back and forth, back and forth on I-70. Stream is experiencing issues, stay tuned and keep reconnecting.

There are now two seperate tornado watches for Kansas. Numerous other watches to the north and south of Kansas. Kory reports a new cell forming in his area and he plans to chase it. Streaming cam still online. The paramaters have the storms developing more to the east now, so Kory is moving.

According to the 1900Z update from SPC, Kory is in prime position for tornadic activity. The SPC SigTor parameter is a 2 and centered right over Russell, KS. He reports some towering cumulus beginning to form. The live feed is working great.

Kenny Allen will be operating the radar feed and will be updating the website from homebase today. Kory Hartman is flying solo today. He is currently in Neligh, NE and is heading south to Kansas for a starting point.

Severe thunderstorms and possible long-track tornadoes are forecast to erupt across portions of CO, KS, OK, and TX today (Monday, April 23) and tomorrow (Tuesday, April 24) in KS, OK and TX.
