Late-season severe weather event to unfold...
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a severe weather outlook that includes a 10% Tornado Risk for portions of the eastern Dakotas and western MN. This is an elevated risk for tornadoes.
Large hail and damaging wind will be likely today. Storms could continue after sunset this evening. People in the risk area should pay close attention to the weather and consider carrying a NOAA Weather Radio if attending outdoor activities.
SevereStudios will have live streaming video from storm chasers in the area today.
We will update our Twitter feed as conditions warrant.
