Tropical Storm Bonnie Forms

At 615 pm Eastern, Tropical Storm Bonnie became the 2nd named tropical cyclone of the 2010 Atlantic Hurricane season.
Winds are sustained at 40 mph and the storm is moving northwest around 14 mph.
