Biography

March 28th 2000. The Fort Worth tornado. That is what set me on the path that I am currently on. I have been a licensed Amateur Radio Operator (KD5WBC) since 2003, and am a RACES member in Tarrant (Fort Worth) County, TX. One of my recent duties was working at the Amateur Radio spotter desk at KTVT CBS 11 Storm team in Fort Worth. I am also a student at The University of North Texas in Denton, pursuing my Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Administration and Planning. I currently am living in Sioux Falls, SD while I am on an Information technology contract for a financial institution in the area. I have taken numerous courses from FEMA, I have also taken ARRL's courses on Emergency Communication ( I, II, III), and have taken courses in Meteorology at the University of Texas at Arlington as well.
