Severe Weather Spotter: Attend yearly NWS SKYWARN or other Spotter training sessions. Occassionally spot or chase storms.

Biography

My name is Mark Langford and I have been interested in severe storms for most of my life. I started chasing storms back in the late 80's and have video of 2 funnel clouds and a tornado on my website, www.myweatherpage.com . My 1992 funnel footage will be used in an upcoming Discovery Channel program called "Tornado's Rampage".

I completed a 6hr Skywarn Training Conference in 2006

I am a professional photographer (almost 30 years)in San Antonio, TX.

I now have an "HD Sony" video cam and will be doing more chasing and spotting in the future. I used "Weathertap HD" to guide some storm spotting friends to 3 funnel clouds in the Oklahoma and North Texas areas in late May of this year.
