I've usually always had a 30 to 75 minute commute to work, so in 1998 I purchased my first camera and started taking pictures of lightning on my way home. Now that part time hobby has transpired into what hopefully will some day be an occupation. I started taking Meteorology classes at Penn State University in order to obtain their certification in weather forecasting. In addition to serving my local community in Allen Co Ohio via Skywarn, R.A.C.E.S. and A.R.E.S, my goal is to travel the plains at least a couple times of year to photograph and study severe weather.
