I grew up in Lubbock, Texas. I have had a passion for the weather for as long as I can remember. Currently I am a student at Texas Tech University, majoring in geophysics, minoring in math and atmospheric science. I am aiming to graduate in 2012 so that I can jump into grad school at either Tech or OU doing meteorology. I am involved in the AMS at Tech. This past semester I helped out with our local severe weather awareness day where I also attended spotter training.
I would love to work at the NWS in the future and chase storms. That is my dream. :]
