I grew up in Tornado Alley, and along with myself; my entire family are all weather nuts. My mother and I experienced a Tornado when I was about 3 years old. As I don't remember it, the story my mother tells is quite frightening. I have also recently got my husband involved in severe weather. If I had to do it all over again and my math skills were better, I would have gotten my degree in Meteorology. Most of my friends think I am nuts that I am glued to the computer, when there are tornado events; just can't help it.

As much as I enjoy severe weather, one of my other huge passions is baseball. So, if I had to chose between a game where the Texas Rangers were actually winning and a storm chase. Since it is so rare that they do well, I would have to go with the Rangers winning a game.
