Major winter storm setting up for the south.
A possible major winter storm is setting up for the southern plains. Heavy snow and the possability of and ice storm for parts of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. People in these areas are urged to stay tuned to the latest forecasts. Models are indicating several scenarios could occur. Stay tuned.....
