Heavy snow continues to fall in parts of eastern Oklahoma and northern Arkansas this morning. Snow will fall at rates of up to 1 inch per hour.

Also today, mixed winter precipitation will fall across the mid-Mississippi and Tennessee Valley region. Precip is expected to be a mix of sleet and snow toward Middle TN, while freezing rain and sleet will fall in northern MS and AL. Temperatures may warm in some areas to allow all rain this afternoon.
